Our QUALITY ASSURANCE program addresses all aspects of our quality policies and procedures for Meese Oribitron Dunne Company. The program is designed to assure that all manufactured goods and/or services, provided or performed by Meese Orbitron Dunne Company are subject to vigilant monitoring of quality to meet or exceed our customers' expectations. Our quality assurance policies and procedures are compliant with nationally recognized NQA-1 and ISO 9002 principles of quality control. Company compliance to these procedures is mandatory and any deviation from these procedures requires the approval of our customer as well as executive level management. Quality Policy: Each member of the MOD team has the responsibility to conform to agreed upon customer expectations, and the right to make improvements to meet or exceed those expectations through teamwork and individual empowerment to address quality issues through preventative action. Warranty Meese Orbitron Dunne Company, Division of Meese, Inc. ("Meese Orbitron Dunne") warrants that products manufactured and sold by it will conform to agreed specifications, it will be fit for the uses or applications for which designed and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery. Meese Orbitron Dunne, at its option, will either replace or repair any nonconforming or defected products, provided Meese Orbitron Dunne is given written notice of and an opportunity to inspect the nonconforming or defective products within thirty (30) days after the discovery of the nonconformity or defect. This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse, misapplication or improper repair; or, being otherwise damaged by the fault or negligence of anyone other than Meese Orbitron Dunne. This Warranty is expressly made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitations, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Meese Orbitron Dunne shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or other damages.
